Featuring hand-printed, natural foraged leaves, this sweater was designed using the Earth itself. It is more than "art about nature": It is art made USING nature.
Falling leaves represent the changing of the seasons, and more importantly, signal a season of rest. The trees teach us that it is necessary to go through winters in order to continue to grow and flourish. The Winter - a period of extended darkness, cold, and rest - is all part of the process that allows the trees to grow back stronger and brighter when Spring eventually comes. (And Spring always comes).
We are the leaves, we are the trees, we are the rest and we are the Winter. We are a part of nature, and just like the Earth, we too require periods of rest and darkness... The important thing to remember during these times is that Spring will eventually return, as it always does, and we will see the light once again.
